I’m Sarah.
I’m a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a certified couples therapist, with over a decade of experience supporting people with varied life experiences and histories.
My work is empathetic and collaborative, shaped by who you are and what you bring. I don’t see you as a problem to be fixed, but as a person to be met with care and respect. Together, we take time to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and support change at a pace that feels steady, meaningful, and lasting.
