Get in Touch

Reaching out is a meaningful first step, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can meet and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

I’ll be welcoming new clients starting in September 2025. I understand this may feel disappointing if you're ready to begin now—and I want to acknowledge how hard it can be to take that first step and then be asked to wait.

If you'd like to be added to the waiting list, please complete the form below. I’ll be in touch to arrange a consultation as space becomes available. And if it would be helpful, I’m happy to suggest trusted colleagues who may have sooner availability.

Whatever your timeline, you deserve support that feels attuned, respectful, and right for you.

I look forward to connecting when the time is right.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ How do I know if a therapist is a good fit for me?

It's so important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist. Sometimes, it takes a few different therapists to find a therapist that feels like the best fit, and that's okay! When researching for your therapist, look for therapists who specialise in the issues you want help with. If they offer a free consultation, use that time to ask questions and gauge whether you feel safe, heard, and, most importantly, like they're providing you with a nonjudgmental space.

+ How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions you need is entirely personal to you, your situation, and the aims you have for therapy. I recommend scheduling a free consultation to receive a more personalised overview of how many sessions may be the most beneficial for your unique situation.

+ What if I have a session scheduled but I don't have anything to talk about?

Sometimes the sessions when you feel like there's nothing to say can be the most impactful! However, if you feel like you need extra time between sessions, you can reschedule an appointment as long as you do so within 48 hours of your appointment.
