Get in Touch

Reaching out is a meaningful first step — you’re already on your way.

Please note: My practice is currently full, and I’ll be accepting new clients again from October 2026. In the meantime, you’re welcome to reach out to arrange a consultation using the form below. It can be a way for us to meet, explore what you’re hoping to get from therapy, and decide together whether joining the waiting list feels right.

I look forward to connecting with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ How do I know if a therapist is a good fit for me?

Feeling a sense of safety and connection with your therapist is very important. Sometimes it takes meeting more than one therapist before you find someone who feels like the right fit, and that’s completely okay.

When looking for a therapist, it can help to notice whether their way of working resonates with you, and whether you feel understood and at ease with them. If a therapist offers a consultation, you can use that time to ask questions and get a sense of how it feels to speak with them.

+ How many sessions do I need?

There isn’t a set number of sessions, because therapy is shaped by you, your situation, and what you hope for from the work. Some people come for a short period, while others choose to stay longer. We can talk about this together, and you’re always free to review or change your mind as we go.

+ What if I have a session scheduled but I don't have anything to talk about?

It’s very common to feel this way at times, and it doesn’t mean the session won’t be useful. I usually encourage people to come anyway and talk about what it’s like to feel that there’s nothing to say. Often, those moments hold valuable insight and can lead us toward something important.
